Stora Enso is looking forward to strengthen the Country Accounting Service (CAS) centre in Finland. The tasks of the Country Accounting Service (CAS) include responsibility for the statutory accounting and financial reporting for Stora Enso group companies in Finland. The location of the position is in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Kerava.

Head of Country Accounting Services, Finland (substitute position)

We are looking for a maternity leave substitute starting as soon as possible, at the latest December 2010. The position will be filled ca 1,5 years' period, ending February 2012. The manager and team leader will specifically be responsible for

Leading the CAS operations in Finland
Planning and budgeting
Responsibility of personnel
Coordination and development of the accounting processes together with Stora Enso Global SSC and Outsourcing
Leading and participating in Projects

We would appreciate:
MSc. Degree in Economics or equivalent degree or a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant professional experience
Minimum 5 years experience in managerial positions with personnel responsibility
Willingness to coach and develop the whole team
Some project management background with a proven track record of delivery.
Good knowledge of accounting and IFRS
Good understanding of the accounting processes
Good cooperation and communication skills
Knowledge of IT systems: SAP-FI, AA, MM and Hyperion is an advantage
Fluency in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing
