We are looking for a Sales&Marketing

BUSINESS CONTROLLER, Itella Posti Oy
in Logistics BG Finance team (maternity leave replacement).

General objective for the position holder is to support Itella Logistics Business Group Sales&Marketing to achieve its targets by providing proactive, value-adding and cost-effective financial insight for business leadership.

You will work closely together with the head of BG Sales&Marketing and local sales management in the countries.

You will play a key role in coordinating planning and forecasting processes and driving the development of management reporting with KPI's to meet global standards in quality.

Principal accountabilities / Key results:

• Co-ordination and development of general planning and follow-up (strategic planning, annual planning, reporting, forecasting)
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, explain reasons behind deviations and proactively suggest corrective actions
• Provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives in reliability of financial reporting; and compliance with laws and regulations and financial controls

Skills/experience needed:

• Knowledge of sales operations and management processes
• Knowledge of automated financial reporting and CRM systems (SAP, HFM, Sales Force, Qlik View).
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting, three to five years of experience in a controller position.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Proactive, positive mindset and excellent co-operation skills
• Business mindset
